How do I confirm my trip?
Once we've shaped an itinerary you love, a deposit secures your dates — we then book every permit, flight, lodge and camp on your behalf. The balance is due before travel. We'll lay out the exact terms in your quote.
What do you need from me to start?
For a safari: your travel dates, group size and the experiences you're after. For car hire: dates, passenger numbers, pick-up and drop-off points. The more you share, the sharper our first proposal.
What's included in a typical quote?
Accommodation and meals per the itinerary, 4x4 transport, a professional driver-guide, all park and crater fees, transfers, bottled water and government taxes. International flights, visas, insurance, tips and drinks are typically extra — always itemised clearly.
How far ahead should I book?
For peak season (June–October) and the migration months, the best camps fill early — three to six months ahead is ideal. That said, we'll always do our best with shorter notice, so do still get in touch.
